  • Translated complex financial automation into clear, reassuring language that helped customers understand and trust how their money was working for them.

  • Built onboarding and in-app education that guided customers through key moments, reduced cognitive load, and supported confident activation.

  • Created lifecycle messaging that reinforced value over time, helping customers understand what Money Manager was doing for them as they progressed.

  • Led writing of customer service communications across key account moments, including onboarding, money movement, billing, tax filing, and incident response.

  • Defined a consistent narrative across video, in-app experiences, emails, and upgrade flows — making automation feel approachable, transparent, and supportive.
